Hands-on operator.

Process-minded.

Local.

I’m Darryl Miles. For years, I’ve worked in manufacturing, quality, and operations, leading teams, improving processes, and building systems people can rely on. My background is in making businesses run well: clear procedures, trained people, and consistent results.

I’m a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience across organizations ranging from 3-person teams to 150,000-employee operations. I’ve done work at every level, from sweeping floors to leading programs that trained as many as 1,500 employees in a month. That range has taught me how businesses really work: through people, process, and consistency.

I’m not a broker or a financial buyer. I’m looking to acquire one well-run local business in Hood County and operate it myself. I want to keep what’s working, support the people who built it, and be a long-term owner in the community.

If you’re considering a transition and want a buyer who will be straightforward, confidential, and hands-on, I’d be glad to talk.
